The following Term and Conditions administer your visit and use of this website and your offer to purchase offered products herein. Stance.pk reserves the right to change any of these terms without prior notice. You are encouraged to read these terms before placing an order.

  1. Product Pricing
  • All prices are quoted in Pak Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices include sales tax where applicable.
  • Stance.pk can change prices at its own discretion without prior notice.
  • Every effort is made to ensure correct pricing and product description, however in case of discrepancy Stance.pk cannot be held responsible.
  1. Availability
  • Stance.pk cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all given times for immediate delivery.
  • We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
  1. Delivery
  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
  • We will make an effort to deliver orders within 7 working days subject to your providing of a correct and valid address in Pakistan. However unexpected events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
  • No deliveries can be made on weekends and other gazetted holidays.
  • In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full.
  • If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier.
  1. Exchange and Returns
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us or contact us through Facebook with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address that is mentioned on the parcel. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the online method of payment.
  1. Payment Options
  • Cash On Delivery ( COD ) can be done for sizes 5 to 12
  • For sizes 13 to 16 the payment needs to be made prior.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Stance.pk’s total liability to you in respect of any claim by you arising out of or in connection with the provision (or the failure to provide) the goods shall be limited to the value of the goods delivered or to be delivered.
  • Stance.pk makes every effort to provide correct product descriptions and lifelike product images on the website. However, we assume no responsibility in case of any discrepancies.

  • In order to make purchases on this website, you will be required to share your personal information as detailed in Privacy Policy.You are solely responsible to protect your username and password created on this site to avoid unauthorized access to your account.
  • Stance.pk reserves the right to close any user account if it perceives any disrupting activity related to such account.
